Jesus isn't impressed
With sitting in a pew,
If He's not in your heart,
Then all is loss for you.
You can listen to all the sermons,
From here to Kingdom come,
But that won't matter one small bit
When you stand before God's Son.
It's not the hearing of the Word
That marks a change in you,
It's in doing what it says
That you show your faith is true.
