Lord, as I begin this new year,
I place it in Your hands;
For I know it is a gift from You
And part of Your loving plan.
May I use it to Your glory,
May I never hesitate
To share Your love with others,
And not one moment waste.
I pray that You would bless me
By staying ever near;
And be in all I say and do
Throughout the coming year.
